The newer houses here run to two-story foyers and great-room glass facing the pool, and the Las Sendas hillside homes have tall view windows we reach with water-fed poles from the ground. Yes. We work all four regularly and are set up for the gate procedures at the gated sections. Add us to your gate list or give us the procedure when you book, and we send a text the morning of each visit so you know when we are coming.
Can you remove lake spray and sprinkler spots on a lakefront home?
In most cases, yes. Lakefront glass in Ocotillo, Fulton Ranch and Val Vista Lakes picks up mist on cool mornings and sprinkler overspray the rest of the day, and with water this hard the spots build into a calcium film by midsummer. Point them out on the quote form and we will assess them on the first visit and tell you what a dedicated treatment will remove.
How do you handle the farm dust and construction dust in Gilbert and Eastmark?
We wet the glass first and wash it with a soft brush or strip washer before the squeegee, so the grit floats off instead of scratching the pane, and we clean the tracks and screens that hold most of it on the same visit. On a plan the film never gets thick enough to turn to mud when the monsoon rain hits.
