Window cleaning in Scottsdale
The best window cleaning you’ve ever had, or it’s free.
Scottsdale runs thirty miles from Old Town to Desert Mountain, and the glass changes along the way: lake spray and sprinklers in McCormick Ranch, raw desert dust at Troon and Silverleaf. We keep it clear on both sides on a set neighborhood day.
Now booking. Serving Scottsdale, AZ 85251, 85254, 85255, 85258, 85259 and 85262.
What Scottsdale does to a window
Scottsdale is long and narrow, and the glass problems change as you drive north on Scottsdale Road. Down in Old Town and the 85251 neighborhoods the houses are older, lower and close to the street, and road dust and the spring olive and citrus bloom are what land on the windows. Around Indian Bend Wash, McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch are built on lakes and fairways, and the lake mist, the fairway irrigation and the sprinklers on every lawn put hard water spots on the lower panes all summer. Past Shea Boulevard the lots open up, and from Grayhawk and Pinnacle Peak up to DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Troon and Desert Mountain the houses sit in raw desert against the McDowell Mountains.
Up there the dust never stops. The washes and the open preserve put a tan film on the glass every windy afternoon, the haboobs in July and August coat it, and the monsoon rain that follows dries into mud spots on the big view windows that face Pinnacle Peak and the McDowells. Those homes are built for the view, so the glass is tall, wide and often tinted or low-e, which shows water spots more than clear glass does. Misters on the patios and pool splash add calcium haze. The palo verde and mesquite bloom in April and May, bird droppings on the north glass under the eaves are constant, and the gated roads at Silverleaf and Desert Mountain are a long way from the nearest hose.
A quarterly plan suits most Scottsdale homes, with the inside glass done once a year and an exterior visit added after the monsoon. Homes on the lakes and fairways in McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch, and homes with misters or pool-side glass anywhere, do better every two months from May through September. We clean the tall view glass at DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Troon and Desert Mountain with water-fed poles and purified water from the ground, know the gate procedures at each, start at first light in summer, work the whole street in one pass, and send a text the morning of each visit so nobody has to wait at home.

Scottsdale window cleaning questions
How much does window cleaning cost in Scottsdale?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Hillside and estate homes get a custom quote.
Do you work inside DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Troon and Desert Mountain?
Yes. We are set up for the gate procedures at each and work the north Scottsdale communities on their own regular days. Add us to your gate list or give us the procedure when you book, and we send a text the morning of each visit so you know when we are coming.
Can you get the dust-storm mud off tinted and low-e view glass?
Yes, and the method matters. Dust storm residue is gritty, and wiping it dry scratches glass and coatings. We wet the glass first, wash with a soft brush or strip washer, then squeegee or rinse with purified water, so the grit floats off instead of dragging across the pane. Tracks and screens, which hold most of the dust, get the same treatment.
Will the sprinkler and lake spray spots come off in McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch?
In most cases, yes. Scottsdale water is very hard, and sprinklers and lake mist that reach the same lower panes every morning leave a calcium film that builds through the summer. Point the spotted panes out on the quote form and we will assess them on the first visit and tell you what a dedicated mineral treatment will remove.
